Yard Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Yard Coordinator to join our team at MacAllister Machinery. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks ranging from site maintenance to basic mechanical duties on machines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and organize equipment from check-in to rental/delivery stages
• Conduct weekly inventory audits of machines and attachments
• Assist with loading and unloading of trucks
• Direct customers and haulers to proper locations
• Communicate with required departments regarding incoming and outgoing units
• Perform minor facilities repair and maintenance
• Trash collection and removal
• Minor equipment assembly

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Class B CDL (desired)
