Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Seasons Retirement Community. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Administer medications to residents in accordance with Federal and State regulations, as well as Senior Lifestyle Corporation guidelines.
  • Conduct admissions assessments and document resident information.
  • Develop and implement acute and long-term care plans or service plans.
  • Track clinical systems, such as wound care and infection control, under the direction of the director.
  • Provide health-related consultations to residents and staff.
  • Notify physicians and family members of any changes in resident health and document accordingly.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies and maintain close communication with departments and staff.
  • Provide educational meetings for residents and staff.
  • Maintain confidentiality of resident and prospective resident information.
  • Assist with discharges, assessments, and clinical documentation as needed.
Qualifications
  • Training from an accredited licensed or vocational nursing program.
  • 1+ years of experience in senior care or a related field.
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse's License in the state of practice.
  • CPR certification.
  • Acceptable proficiency in English to perform job duties, communicate with supervisor and other employees, and respond to emergency situations.
  • Basic computer skills.
