Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Request Module Specialist to join our team at Peraton. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing new and updated Service Request Module (SRM) templates to enhance the end-user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Template Development: Create and update SRM templates to improve automation and ticket handling procedures.
  • Workflow Management: Maintain internal workflow for incidents and work orders.
  • Process Improvement: Identify ways to enhance automation and ticket handling procedures.
  • Information Management: Maintain information on user-facing SharePoint portal.
  • Support Group Management: Maintain support groups within SRM and identify areas of improvement through addition or subtraction of groups.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree and 5 years' experience or Master's degree and 3 years' experience or HS diploma/equivalent and 9 years experience.
  • Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship required; Secret (or higher) clearance required.
  • Communication Skills: Comfortable communicating with customers, including Peraton and Client leadership.
  • Technical Skills: Experience in data analytics, time-management skills, and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines.
  • Software Skills: Experience with BMC Remedy and Helix tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in a heavy customer focus position involving technical knowledge and services.
  • Certification: ITIL foundation certification or familiarity with ITIL methodologies and best practices.
