Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospects and clients through various channels including meetings, calls, emails, and networking events.
  • Achieve sales targets and milestones consistently throughout the year.
  • Promote Cybersecurity Services, Cloud Solutions, and Managed Services to enterprise-level clients.
  • Identify and propose cybersecurity solutions tailored to a diverse range of current and potential clients.
  • Prospect for new accounts for both the company and supported vendors.
  • Facilitate attendance at marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and webinars.
  • Prepare quotations, presentations, and proposals for clients.
  • Handle paperwork necessary for activating and delivering professional service engagements.
  • Process purchase orders from initiation to execution.
  • Provide management with accurate sales and service forecasts.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the cybersecurity industry through workshops, publications, and networking.
  • Develop and sustain a comprehensive understanding of our solutions and services.
  • Build and nurture relationships with current and prospective clients across their organizations.
  • Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, and competitive insights gathered from field activities.
  • Coordinate with company staff to fulfill sales closure requirements.
  • Perform additional related tasks as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred.
  • Experience in selling advanced Cybersecurity Services, SaaS solutions, and Managed Services.
  • A minimum of 3 years of current quota-carrying sales experience, ideally in the IT infrastructure or cybersecurity sectors, with a proven record of exceeding sales objectives.
  • Established relationships within the cybersecurity market in Illinois.
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect and convert new clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is preferred.
