Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Planner to join our team at Manitou Madison SD. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing production plans to meet customer demands and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, purchasing, and engineering, to identify and resolve production issues.
  • Analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Implement and maintain inventory management systems to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure production efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in production planning or a related field.
  • Strong background in ERP systems, preferably IFS.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills required.
  • APICS certification is a plus.
