Position Overview

We are currently seeking a committed and proficient Facilities Operations Supervisor. This role is essential for maintaining the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities, ensuring support across various departments and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project management for renovations and the construction of new facilities.
  • Evaluate project proposals to establish timelines, budget constraints, procedural requirements, staffing needs, and resource allocation.
  • Develop, manage, and implement work plans for each phase of new clinic projects.
  • Engage contractors and prepare comprehensive project scope documents, including design floor plans.
  • Delegate project tasks to team members and ensure timely completion within budget.
  • Maintain operational continuity during renovations through an efficient work ticket system.
  • Manage contracts for ongoing services such as maintenance, waste management, landscaping, and security, resolving disputes as necessary.
  • Conduct routine maintenance inspections of corporate properties within the designated region.
  • Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety regulations.
  • Promptly address customer service requests as assigned.
  • Coordinate and oversee general maintenance tasks including HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and furniture repairs.
  • Maintain an updated database of vendor contacts across all trades and services.
  • Provide regular communication and updates regarding assigned work tickets and projects.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in facilities maintenance.
  • Proven experience managing renovations and buildouts of varying sizes (1,000 sf to 30,000 sf).
  • Knowledge of general maintenance practices and safety protocols related to facility operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Project.
  • Strong organizational, diagnostic, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to deliver reliable and courteous service to clients.
  • Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently and take initiative.
  • Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency in task completion.
  • Capability to supervise vendors and professional tradespeople.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in team management.
  • 1-5 years of experience in project management.

Physical Requirements:

This position may require frequent walking, standing, climbing, lifting, pushing, and carrying equipment and materials, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
