About the Role

This Clinical Support Specialist Manager will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a seasoned LPN, you will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of medical professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive patient experience.
  • Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to junior staff members, promoting best practices and ensuring compliance with ChenMed standards.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient outcomes and streamline clinical processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including medication logs and inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing with current state licensure required.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in a medical clinic or hospital setting, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Proven track record of improving patient outcomes and streamlining clinical processes.
  • Bilingual a plus.

Salary & Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
