Our Mission:

In this role, you will drive results through efficient and successful delivery of orthopedics and neuroscience clinical consulting engagements for providers and clients. You will identify, evaluate, and implement opportunities to reduce cost, increase revenue, and/or improve quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning: Plan and oversee analysis activities to achieve strategic insight to solve complex business problems.
  2. Category Development: Support the consulting team's development of new orthopedics and neuroscience category products or services.
  3. Clients Relations: Initiate and maintain senior-level client relationships, including periodic interaction with the C-suite.
  4. Project Management: Collaborate across Clinical and Advisory Solutions services as project lead to execute project work streams or initiatives.
  5. Execution: Execute plans that meet project schedule, budget, and expected value.

Requirements:

  1. Degree and Experience: Relevant degree preferred; 7 or more years' experience working in a healthcare or consulting services environment required.
  2. Knowledge and Skills: Extensive knowledge of orthopedic/spine/trauma devices and supplies, service line performance/management/delivery, and physician practice patterns required.
  3. Complex Project Management: Experience managing complex project budgets and timelines preferred.
  4. Clinical Service Line Operations: Experience in a clinical service line operations or management role desired.
  5. Data Analysis: Proficient data and analytic capabilities desired.
  6. Travel: Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients' needs and timetables.

Compensation: The estimated salary range for this role is $117,600.00 to $194,200.00. This position is also incentive eligible. At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate, and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances.
