Job Title: Automation Controls EngineerWe are seeking a talented and creative individual to join our team as an Automation Controls Engineer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and debugging controls systems for custom automation equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop electrical controls systems for custom automation equipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop equipment designs
- Work with electrical design software, PLCs, HMIs, robots, motion control, pneumatics, and vision systems
- Produce electrical layout and detail drawings/schematics in computer-aided-design software
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and coordinate solutions
- Four-year engineering degree or applicable work experience
- 5+ years of Controls engineering experience in automation
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 15%
