About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Stryker Medical Device Collector. This is a unique opportunity to work with hospitals and healthcare professionals to collect single-use medical devices within your designated territory.

As a Medical Device Collector, you will be responsible for engaging with hospital staff to provide optimal customer service on training and education around the proper use of Stryker Sustainability Solutions' bins and what devices can be collected. You will also partner with sales representatives in your assigned territory to manage inventory, help with the education cadence, and supply of materials for your hospitals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect single-use medical devices at hospitals within your designated territory
  • Provide customer service and training to hospital staff on the proper use of Stryker Sustainability Solutions' bins
  • Partner with sales representatives to manage inventory and supply materials for hospitals
  • Travel to hospitals and healthcare facilities within your designated territory

Requirements:

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and insurance to travel by car
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds on a daily basis

Salary:$45,000 - $55,000 per year
