At SpinLaunch, we're revolutionizing access to space with cutting-edge technology. As an RF Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in designing and developing innovative RF systems for our satellite payloads.

Your Mission
  • Design and develop RF circuits and systems for satellite payloads and electronically steered antennas
  • Specify and select components for RF circuits, including amplifiers, filters, and mixers
  • Model and validate RF system behavior and performance
  • Develop interfaces between RF circuits and antennas
  • Evaluate and test new components and technologies
  • Perform trade studies between cost and performance
  • Estimate development time, NRE costs, and recurring costs for RF circuits
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in RF/Analog circuit design and board layout
  • Experience modeling, designing, and testing RF subsystems for satellite payloads
  • Expertise in RF front-end design and integration of RF subsystems
  • Proficiency in RF simulation tools such as HFSS, CST, and ADS
  • Experience with microwave analysis using Python, MATLAB, or similar tools
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability to manage suppliers, recruit talent, and lead teams
  • Experience in satellite payload design and radiation effects management
  • Design experience with ASICs and hybrid modules
  • Antenna or satellite system design experience
  • Understanding of microwave propagation theory
What We Offer

At SpinLaunch, we offer a competitive salary range of $145,000 to $185,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We're an equal opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment.
