Visual Designer

We are seeking a talented Visual Designer to join our team at TCWGlobal. As a Visual Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our websites and app by creating visually engaging, innovative, and functional designs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design creative assets for web, including email newsletters and website banners
  • Translate campaign requirements, user needs, and technical requirements into designs that are visually enticing, easy to use, and emotionally engaging
  • Develop prototypes to integrate branding and various products to online platforms, including websites and the app
  • Translate user research findings into design decisions and compile user research into presentation decks
  • Contribute to brainstorming and the development of concepts by presenting clear ideas and designs of creative assets
  • Work with other designers to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception and user-experience
  • Create and present concepts for new products and campaigns (mood boards, sketches, mockups)
  • Collaborate with Design Supervisor and Art Directors, as well as Brand Marketing, to execute and implement new ideas for product launches and marketing campaigns
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or similar
  • 2-5 years of professional experience as a graphic designer or visual designer
  • 1-3 years of experience working on website and/or app UI
  • Portfolio of work with a wide range of relevant creative projects (Must include web and/or app-related projects such as UI/UX flow, research, style guides, etc.)
  • Required intermediate knowledge using Figma; skillful experience creating a UI
  • Preferred basic experience in Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar 3D design programs
  • Well-versed in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
  • Experience working in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
  • Experience and proficiency in understanding of building responsive website designs
  • Required knowledge of user experience flows for interactive compositions
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS coding and working on live websites
  • Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus
  • Understanding to create balanced composition of typography, illustration, and photography
