About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Dietitian to join our team at Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center. As a key member of our Nutrition Services department, you will play a vital role in enhancing patient health and recovery through optimal nutrition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough nutrition assessments to identify patient needs and develop personalized eating plans.
  • Provide education and counseling to patients, families, and care providers on nutrition principles and healthy eating habits.
  • Implement interventions aimed at improving patient outcomes and promoting optimal nutrition intake.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement ongoing nutrition education programs and literature.
Requirements
  • Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
  • Within 6 months (180 days) of hire: Oregon Dietitian License.
  • Upon hire: National CDR Registered Dietitian - Commission on Dietetic Registration.
  • Upon hire: CMFC ONLY - In compliance with company policy and state regulations, a Department of Human Services (DHS) background check is required for this position.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1 year Experience in clinical setting for generalist.
