About the Role

NALS Apartment Homes is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Leasing Specialist to join our team at Stone Creek at Brookhaven Apartment Homes in Atlanta, Georgia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive occupancy and revenue growth through effective leasing and sales strategies
  • Convert prospects into residents by providing exceptional customer service and showcasing the community's amenities and features
  • Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective residents to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and events that drive traffic and conversions
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of resident interactions, lease renewals, and move-ins/move-outs
  • Work closely with the property management team to ensure seamless resident onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and company policies
