Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lease Sales Representative to join our team at Penske Truck Leasing. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth through the sale of full-service truck leasing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities within assigned territories
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and executives to understand their transportation and financial needs
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly revenue quotas
  • Utilize consultative and strategic selling techniques to articulate and present multiple products and services to C-level executives
  • Manage a sales pipeline and prioritize multiple projects and work streams to achieve sales goals
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of executive-level sales experience in a service and transportation selling environment
  • Demonstrated ability in consultative and strategic selling techniques
  • Strong organizational skills, time management skills, and ability to prioritize multiple projects and work streams
  • Ability to connect and build rapport with internal and external customers at all levels
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred
