Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing complex laboratory equipment, including chromatography and mass spectrometry systems.
Key Responsibilities- Perform installation and commissioning of new instrumentation in various research and manufacturing labs.
- Train lab staff on instrument operation and provide technical support.
- Conduct preventative maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Calibrate and validate equipment to ensure accuracy and precision.
- Provide expert technical support to lab staff and management.
- Associate's degree in a relevant field, such as chemistry, biology, or engineering.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with a focus on equipment maintenance and repair.
- Extensive knowledge of chromatography and mass spectrometry systems, including GC, LC, GCMS, and LCMS.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with lab staff and management.
We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $120,000, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
