Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or CMA certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and cost accounting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
