Job Title: Registered Nurse

At Arcadia Retirement, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional nursing services to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents, adhering to applicable regulations, policies, and guidelines.
  • Participate in admissions, discharges, and evaluation processes to ensure accurate assessments and documentation.
  • Conduct nursing assessments, administer medications, and monitor nursing care and treatment.
  • Oversee medication administration, ensuring safe storage and disposal of medications.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure resident assessments meet federal and state regulations.
  • Respond to emergency calls, assess residents' conditions, and provide first aid as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare management staff, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
  • Promptly report residents' or their families' concerns or complaints to healthcare management staff.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (B.S.N.) from an accredited institution.
  • Current State of Hawaii R.N. license and First Aid/CPR certification.
  • Proficiency in using a computer, including Microsoft Office Suite and other applicable software applications.

You will be exposed to various conditions, including air-conditioned office environments, indoors without air conditioning, outdoors in all types of weather, and hazardous materials.
