The ideal candidate will possess 7-12 years of experience in architectural design within a professional setting. While licensure is preferred, it is not mandatory. Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the design and development of projects from initial concept through to construction, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
  • Engage with clients to grasp their objectives and translate them into exceptional design solutions.
  • Coordinate project teams, including architects, designers, and engineers, to foster effective communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct site evaluations and analyses to guide design choices and ensure adherence to regulations.
  • Prepare and deliver design presentations, drawings, and renderings to clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage the creation of construction documents and specifications, collaborating with contractors during the building phase.
  • Monitor project status, budgets, and schedules, proactively addressing any challenges that arise.
  • Encourage a collaborative work environment, mentor junior team members, and contribute to the enhancement of architectural practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to design and sustainability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Licensed Architect with 7-12 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering complex projects from inception to completion.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong design sensibility with a portfolio that highlights innovative projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing project teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of building codes and sustainable design principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • LEED accreditation or similar certifications are advantageous.

Work Environment:
This position operates in a professional office setting with the possibility of a hybrid work schedule. Standard office equipment is utilized regularly.
