About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Home Health Aide to join our team at Vinfen. As a key member of our clinical support team, you will play a vital role in providing daily routine or episodic daily nursing aide care to individuals with complex health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and administer medication under the Medication Administration Plan (MAP) guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with individuals, their families, and support staff to promote independence and quality of life.
  • Employ rehabilitation values, principles, and techniques to help individuals overcome barriers and achieve their goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Current C.N.A. certificate or H.H.A. Certificate valid in Massachusetts.
  • Strong time management and writing skills.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and have a current, valid, US drivers' license for at least six months.
  • Must be able to become CPR, First Aid certified within 2 weeks of employment and MAP certified within 90 days of employment.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a CORI, reference, national fingerprinting, CNA or HHA certification and driving record check.
