Job Title: Social Educator

Fusion Dynamics is seeking a highly skilled Social Educator to join our team in the ambulatory sector. As a Social Educator, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to live independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support for individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals and aspirations
  • Counsel and guide individuals in self-determined life planning
  • Collaborate with legal guardians, family members, doctors, therapists, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive support
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans to promote independence and inclusion
  • Provide crisis intervention and prevention services as needed
Requirements:
  • Completed degree in Social Pedagogy or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Driver's license class B and use of a private car
