American Traveler is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team for a travel assignment in Utah. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for operating imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images for medical professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CT scanners and other imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images
- Position patients for imaging procedures and ensure their comfort and safety
- Develop and implement protocols for imaging procedures to ensure high-quality images
- Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
- Maintain accurate records of patient imaging procedures and results
Requirements:
- Current professional license as required by the state
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Valid BLS through the American Heart Association
- Specialty-related certifications are preferred and may be required for specific travel positions
