Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional support to all patients and visitors
- Manage a substantial volume of incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Establish patient records and ensure precise documentation
- Coordinate patient appointments and arrange interpreter services as needed
- Process payments from patients and confirm insurance details
- Conduct end-of-day reconciliation and document scanning
- Assist patients with necessary paperwork and connect them with health insurance resources
- Fundamental computer and typing skills
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with staff and patients
- Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of patient information
- High School diploma or equivalent education
This role primarily involves sedentary tasks with some light physical activity. Candidates should be able to lift items weighing up to ten pounds.
Work Schedule:The standard working hours for this position are Monday through Friday during daytime hours, as determined by management.
