Job Title: Teacher Substitute

Job Summary:

The Teacher Substitute will be responsible for providing educational support to children with disabilities in a classroom setting. This is a full-time position that requires a strong commitment to providing high-quality educational services to our students.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support children with disabilities in a classroom setting
  • Implement educational programs and activities designed to meet the individual needs of each student
  • Collaborate with other educators and support staff to ensure a comprehensive and supportive learning environment
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of student progress and development
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Exceptional Education, Mental Retardation, or Early Childhood Education
  • State Certified Professional Educator or eligible
  • Infant CPR and First Aid certification
  • Ability to work effectively with children with disabilities and their families
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
