Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Banquet Dishwasher to join our team. As a Banquet Dishwasher, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of all washable items in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate dishwashing equipment to maintain a clean and sanitary supply of tableware.
  • Clean and disinfect kitchen and storage areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment.
  • Maintain personal hygiene and sanitation standards as established by the Health Department.
  • Follow proper food storage, handling, and preparation standards.
  • Adhere to established Ecosure standards.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment through regular floor maintenance, trash removal, and proper storage of equipment.
  • Safely handle and use chemicals needed to clean and sanitize tableware.
  • Set up and break down tables as needed.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 6 months experience in banquets.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
