Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Banquet Dishwasher to join our team at Cabela's. As a Banquet Dishwasher, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our dishroom and equipment, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Properly clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and equipment to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our guests.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate dishwashing equipment to ensure adequate supplies of clean and sanitary tableware at all times.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory of dishes, utensils, and equipment, and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the dishroom.
  • Adherence to Policies: Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to food safety and sanitation.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 6 months experience in banquets or a related field preferred.
  • Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and speak effectively with customers and team members.
  • Certifications/Licenses: Missouri class E or Arkansas P designated driver's license and a safe driving record required.
