We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team at ICBD Holdings LLC. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with autism and their families through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.
Key Responsibilities- Support individuals with autism in various settings, including in-home, community, and center-based environments.
- Teach daily living skills and social skills using evidence-based treatments and behavioral interventions.
- Collect, organize, and summarize data during therapy sessions to inform treatment plans.
- Collaborate with clinical teams, including Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless support for individuals with autism.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including after-school hours, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and car insurance to provide in-home services.
- Ability to maintain a clean background and driving record.
- Completion of our 40-hour RBT training course and eligibility to pass the RBT exam within 45 days of hire.
