About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing various medical procedures.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and goals of each patient.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless and effective patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices and policies.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
  • Experience in nephrology care, preferably in an inpatient setting
