Job SummaryWe're seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you'll play a vital role in providing direct patient care and supporting the well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities- Administer prescribed medications to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN)/(LVN), maintaining accurate medical records.
- Present medication to patients and observe ingestion or administer medication using specified procedures.
- Take vital signs or observe patients to detect response to medication, reporting reactions to the care team.
- Restock medication inventories and maintain a safe and clean environment.
