Dishroom Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dishwasher at Texas Roadhouse. As a Dishwasher, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our kitchen, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences.

• Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
• Supervise and maintain proper rinse and wash temperatures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure food safety
• Change water, store, and use dish chemicals properly to maintain a clean and sanitary environment
• Set up and organize dish racks to ensure efficient washing and drying of dishes
• Remove trash and maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Maintain proper safety and sanitation practices to prevent accidents and ensure a healthy work environment
• Exhibit teamwork and collaboration with other kitchen staff to achieve common goals
