Job OverviewAt Fiamma Pizza, we're seeking a detail-oriented Dishroom Attendant to help maintain a clean and efficient kitchen environment. Your responsibilities will include washing and sanitizing service ware, removing trash and recyclables, and restocking supplies. If you're organized, able to lift 30+ pounds, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Wash and sanitize plates, cups, pots, pans, and silverware.
  • Remove trash, compostable, and recycling promptly from designated containers.
  • Restock tools and supplies for the next shift.
  • Assist line cooks with food preparation, storage, and dating.

Requirements:
  • Previous knowledge of food service regulations is a plus.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift 30+ pounds.
  • Able to stand for extended periods.
  • Able to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks.

Compensation:$17.28/hr + Tips (tips typically range from $4.50 - $7 per hour), generous meal discounts.
