Valet Driver

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Valet Driver to join our team at SP Plus Corporation. As a Valet Driver, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their vehicles are safely parked and retrieved in a timely manner.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving client requests and concerns efficiently and effectively.
• Inspect vehicles before parking and report any damage or issues to management.
• Explain valet rates and policies to customers in a clear and concise manner.
• Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices at all times.
• Report any accidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to management promptly.
• Stay up-to-date with knowledge of the area's major streets, landmarks, and freeways to ensure seamless transportation experiences for our clients.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including uniform and attendance requirements.

• A valid state driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• The ability to safely drive a vehicle with a manual transmission (stick shift) is a plus.
• Availability to work special shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to read, write, add, and subtract US currency and comprehend instructions, short emails, and memos.
