Job Title: Advanced Practice Registered Nurse

Isaiah House is seeking a highly skilled Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join our team in Lexington, KY. As an APRN, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality medical care to our clients struggling with substance use disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and treat clients with substance use disorders, including prescribing medication and developing treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with our clinical team to provide comprehensive care and support to clients.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to medical processes and medication management.
  • Provide education and training to clients and staff on disease processes and self-management of chronic conditions.
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of our clinical team.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Nursing and current APRN licensure in the state of Kentucky.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an APRN, preferably in substance abuse treatment.
  • Strong knowledge of medical substance abuse background and experience working with various funding streams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
