Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Event Coordinator for our Parties and Events department.

As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of events and parties at our Courthouse Club Fitness locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to renters and guests
  • Assist with event setup and cleanup
  • Facilitate party activities and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to achieve event goals
  • Enforce Club and Party Policies to ensure a positive experience for all

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with children and/or groups of people
  • Leadership or facilitation experience
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
