Role Overview

At IPS Cash, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Inside Sales Specialist to join our high-performing team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, following up with leads, and setting appointments for Outside Sales that will lead to a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the first point of contact on behalf of the Company

•Perform other duties as required

•Achieve daily and weekly KPIs

•Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met

•Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads

•Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads

•Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process

•Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region

Requirements

•Should be open to continuous learning

•Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor's degree preferred

•Valid U.S. driver's license with the ability to travel by car

•Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
