Requirements for Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager

  • Active RN license in the relevant state
  • Minimum of two years of nursing experience, preferably in hospice care
  • Valid driver's license
  • Current CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • This role requires 24 hours of availability. The schedule includes Friday evenings, Saturday, and Sunday daytime hours, with backup call responsibilities for the entire weekend (Friday evening to Monday morning).
