Position Overview:
Dewberry is in search of a Lead Electrical Engineer or Senior Instrumentation and Control (I&C) Engineer to take on the role of our National Water Electrical, Instrumentation & Control (E&IC) Leader within the Water Market Segment. This position is crucial for the expansion of Dewberry's water services across the nation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients, acting as the EI&C representative for water clients, collaborating closely with our water/wastewater client managers.
- Coordinate the workload for all Water EI&C projects on a national scale, ensuring effective collaboration between offices and the MEPS Infrastructure team.
- Implement Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) measures to maintain high standards.
- Develop and uphold standards to guarantee consistent deliverables across the nation.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in specifying, designing, and implementing electrical power systems and/or process instrumentation and control systems. While experience in water/wastewater (W/WW) is preferred, backgrounds in industrial, chemical, and mining sectors are also acceptable. Strong management experience with a proven track record of overseeing teams delivering multiple concurrent W/WW EI&C designs is essential, alongside robust client engagement skills.
