Operating Room Nurse

White Oak Medical Center is seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our team. As an Operating Room Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care in the operating room, including pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
- Develop and implement educational programs for patients and families to promote health and wellness.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a minimum of an Associate of Science degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Valid Maryland RN license required.
- Passing score on NCLEX.
- Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
- Minimum one year of Registered Nurse experience.
- One year of current Operating Room Registered Nurse experience or related acute care experience.
