Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Campus Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our campus facilities and supporting the needs of our students, teachers, and staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a liaison between departments, communicating effectively to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration.

  • Provide administrative support to teachers, staff, and administrators, handling tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and data entry.

  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring compliance with district policies and procedures.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement school events, programs, and activities.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, vendors, and other stakeholders to enhance the educational experience.

  • Assist with crisis management and emergency response efforts as needed.

  • Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.

Requirements:
