Technical Trainer

Vector North America, Inc. is seeking a proficient and knowledgeable Technical Trainer to enhance our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a solid foundation in electronics and in-vehicle communication systems. As a Technical Trainer, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting training sessions on Vector's software tools, including CANalyzer and CANoe, utilizing effective adult learning methodologies.
  • Facilitating training events at various locations, including customer sites and remote platforms, aligning with the strategic objectives of the company.
  • Developing and refining training resources to maintain high standards of educational content.
  • Collaborating with clients to assess their training requirements and deliver tailored support.

Essential Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in technical training.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Understanding of adult learning theories.
  • A customer-focused approach with an emphasis on quality service.
  • Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
  • A background in electronics and in-vehicle communication is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with CANalyzer and/or CANoe is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • A degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
