Nurse Specialist

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Resource Team in Belmont, Massachusetts.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide nursing care to patients on all in-patient units, including the Clinical Evaluation Center.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, and evaluate patient care needs.
- Participate in leading patient groups and providing education to patients and families.
- Supervise Mental Health Workers and provide direction and guidance as needed.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- BSN preferred.
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and utilize the nursing process.
- A comprehensive orientation program.
- An additional $1/hour on base salary for Resource Team members.
