What We're Looking For

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Construction Management Internship Program. As a Field Intern, you will work directly with our crews and supervision, receiving hands-on training and mentorship from our experienced team members.


Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily duties, such as quantity tracking, scheduling, and reviewing submittals, purchase orders, and RFI's
  • Shadow a Project Engineer/Project Manager to gain a deeper understanding of our projects and operations
  • Participate in cross-functional assignments available in maintenance, estimating, GPS, and our water distribution departments

Qualifications
  • Pursuing a college degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field
  • Reliable transportation required for this internship, with travel to different projects throughout the Valley expected
  • Excellent communication skills and a willingness to take initiative
