Job Summary
Celestica is seeking a skilled FAA Production Technical Operator 5 to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing complex tasks such as assembly, testing, and repair of aircraft components in support of FAA Repair Station.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform repetitive to non-repetitive assembly and testing, disassembly, analysis, repair, and rework of aircraft components.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and rework aircraft components in accordance with established procedures and provide recommendations on steps needed to return to service in accordance with FAA and other regulations.
- Perform manual assembly/disassembly, operation of automated assembly equipment, hand soldering, operation of automated test equipment, and inspection and repair of products.
- Set up, operate, calibrate, and maintain assembly and hand soldering equipment and tools.
Requirements
- Four to five years of relevant experience.
- High school diploma and additional courses after high school, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
