We are seeking a highly skilled Functional/Systems Analyst to join our team at Redtech. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing and delivering complex business requirements and process flows, as well as performing technical system and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and deliver complex cross-functional business requirements and process flows.
- Perform gap analysis between as-is and to-be processes, and make recommendations on areas for continual process improvement.
- Execute and lead the development of technical specifications by collaborating with technical and non-technical teams.
- Define detailed technical requirement documentation aligned to the blueprints and technical designs prepared by System Architect.
- Design, develop, and execute testing protocols to include unit testing, integration testing, and system testing.
- 8+ years of experience working as a Functional/Systems Analyst in any domain/applications with an emphasis on Functional Solutions.
- Experience with tax solutions (Vertex, Sabrix, Avalara) - Vertex is ideal.
- Proven track record for successful implementation, delivery of projects, and working cross-functionally with business and IS.
- Excellent analytical skills and demonstrated ability to effectively troubleshoot and provide solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and effectively engage with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong work ethic, demonstrated attention to detail, and excellent time management skills.
- Experience on SAP or other ERP implementation projects.
- Experience with tooling related to data analysis (SQL, SSIS, Data Profiling, etc.).
- Proficient in the use of the Google products: email, spreadsheet, document, presentation.
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow (Carts+) Portfolio & Program Management module.
- Past experience with Agile.
