Key Responsibilities
  • Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists in preparing patients for surgery
  • Prepare and maintain operating rooms, ensuring a sterile environment
  • Arrange and maintain surgical equipment and supplies
  • Assist with patient positioning and draping
  • Provide supportive care to patients during pre-operative phases
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or Technical certificate/diploma in a related field
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification
  • Current, valid State license as a Licensed Professional Nurse (if LPN)
