Position Overview:
As a vital member of our dining team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our residents and guests. Your role will involve serving a variety of beverages and meals while ensuring a pleasant dining experience that reflects the values and mission of Erickson Senior Living.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate a seamless dining experience for all patrons.
  • Develop expertise in menu offerings, including ingredients and preparation techniques.
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently to guests.
  • Communicate daily specials and provide recommendations as needed.
  • Welcome guests promptly upon their arrival.
  • Accurately record food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.

Qualifications:
