In this role, you will be responsible for training and mentoring warehouse associates on machinery and operating procedures, as well as processing inventory transactions and performing daily material transfers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and mentor warehouse associates on machinery and operating procedures
  • Record and process inventory transactions of raw materials and finished goods
  • Perform daily material transfers from warehouse locations to Point of Consumption
  • Examine incoming shipments and reject and report any discrepancies to management
  • Process receipts in Sage X3 in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Rotate delivery of raw materials in storage area and warehouse racks according to FIFO
  • Log drop trailers that are staged in trailer parking lot by contents, date, and trailer number
  • Coordinate the immediate removal of all RMA requests and non-conforming material
  • Perform weekly cycle counts for all raw materials and review variances with Buyer
  • Uphold and manage team participation in all Corporate Responsibility programming including recycling, social advocacy and MMAD volunteering opportunities
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Five years related experience and/or training
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical functions and prepare correspondence
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and Sage X3 inventory functionality
Physical Demands

The employee is regularly required to use hands to handle, reach with hands and arms, see, talk, and hear. The employee is required to stand, walk, stoop, or kneel. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
