A Retail Team Member plays a crucial role in our Andy's team. These individuals represent our brand and are essential to our operations.

This role requires a fast-paced environment where you will create and serve delightful treats while delivering outstanding customer service.

Retail Team Members contribute significantly to the overall Andy's experience.

Job Requirements
  • Must be friendly, enthusiastic, and energetic.
  • Lead by example and maintain high operational standards in a fast-paced setting.
  • Reliable transportation is essential.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays is required.
  • This is a hands-on role, requiring physical engagement with guests and staff.

Physical Requirements:
-Occasional lifting, pushing, or carrying up to 55 pounds safely.
  • Ability to ascend or descend ladders, stairs, and ramps.
  • Frequent use of computers and point-of-sale systems.
  • Regular wrist and spine movement is necessary.
  • Constant reaching and precision work around the serving area.
  • Effective communication and idea exchange through spoken interaction.
  • Clear vision at various distances is essential.
  • Capability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

-Constant standing and walking are required.
