Key Responsibilities:

- Mentor and support team members as needed.
Essential Skills:
- Proficient in Quality Function Deployment (QFD) and project management.
- Experience in electrical, software, or mechanical design is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with CAD software and ERP/MRP systems.
Work Environment:
This position may require prolonged standing and lifting of heavy items. Employees should be prepared to work in varying temperature conditions.
Physical Requirements:
Employees must be able to perform essential functions, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Vision requirements include close and distance vision, color perception, and depth perception.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field) is required.
- 3-5 years of experience in a technical or manufacturing environment is essential.
- Project management experience is preferred.
