Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial, comprehensive assessments of patients and families to determine hospice needs
  • Provide complete physical assessments and histories of current and previous illnesses
  • Answer patient questions, address symptom management as needed

Requirements:

  • Current RN license in the State of Texas
